1stSelect has proved to be a simple to use, easy to maintain and highly effective recruitment database. It has clearly been developed from a recruiters perspective and continues to exceed our needs in a constantly evolving market.

We recruit skilled support staff and have done for over 65 years now. Like any recruiter, our database is a core asset. We researched long and hard before signing up with Digitec and 1stSelect in 2005. Ten years on we still think we made the right choice.  Quite simply, it's great software and the people behind it are even better. Friendly, always accessible in a crisis (in fact not just then even), technically superb - consistently.  We Like these guys.

We have had Digitec for around 7 or 9 years and I am happy to say that it has been a great system for us.  We updated to Digitec from a basic MS Access system and found that we were able to streamline our processes for permanent placements and save time and money with administration.  There is little doubt that the Digitec system has helped up become more efficient and therefore make more placements as a result.  Any technical issues we have are quickly resolved by Rob and his team making sure our system has very little downtime.  I have no hesitation in recommending the Digitec 1stSelect system for agencies involved in permanent recruiting.
